Uno Mas welcomes a fresh wave of Spanish culinary artistry with the arrival of Chef Borja Terry Borrego as Chef de Cuisine.
A native of Cádiz, Spain, Chef Borja has built an impressive career spanning top culinary destinations across Europe and Asia. His expertise includes tenures at Michelin-starred Hide in London and the groundbreaking StreetXO by David Muñoz in Madrid, where he honed his signature style — fusing authentic Spanish flavours with bold, contemporary techniques. Most recently, he made his mark at VASO Bangkok before joining UNO MAS.
